## Visitor Rules Updated: Changes for Trinidad and Tobago and BN(O) Holders
From 12 March 2025, **Trinidad and Tobago nationals** are now required to apply for a visa to enter the UK. A transitional period until 23 April 2025 allows entry with a valid **Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA)**. A **Direct Airside Transit Visa** is also now required.
As of 9 April 2025, **British National (Overseas) passport holders (BN(O))** are exempt from ETA, similar to British and Irish citizens.
